1. Can i get some samples? Any charges?     
Yes, But you need to pay shipping cost. If you place an order, the sample fee will be refunded.

2. How can i get a quote?
Contact us with specification: such as material, design, size, shape, colour, quantity, etc.

3. Can you help with the design?
Yes, Simple design free, special design is to be paid. We can also evolve with new and innovative weaving design, dying, printing and packaging.      

4. What's the trade term and payment term?
Amount less than $1000, 100% paid before production, more than $1000 can be negotiated!

5. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes, We suggest that straight for production sample for little quantity. Large quantity we suggest for sample first, and sample fee can be refunded.

6. Can i place my order on website?
No, we do no accept orders on website as we are dealing in manufacturing and wholesaling so kingly get in touch with our online team via email or phone provided
